Com mais de 30 anos de experiência no sector financeiro, entrou no Grupo Arrow Global em 2016.
Atuou em FX, Derivados, Empréstimos Alavancados, Obrigações de Alto Rendimento e Gestão de Carteira em instituições como o Citibank Portugal, Banco Central Hispano, Banco Santander Consumer Portugal, Millennium BCP London Branch, Santander Consumer Multirent, onde foi CEO durante 6 anos. Trabalhou também em São Paulo, Brasil, durante 3 anos, como Diretor de Operações de Leasing e Gestão de Frotas da Volkswagen Financial Services Brasil.
É licenciado em Administração e Gestão de Empresas pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa e frequentou também a International Business Summer School na Suíça.
Com experiência profissional de mais de três décadas em consultoria, integrou a Comissão Executiva da AGPT em 2023, tendo responsabilidades diretas sobre as áreas Financeira, Tecnológica e Legal. Até à sua entrada na AGPT, Miguel Leónidas Rocha foi partner da divisão de Tax da Deloitte, tendo assessorado, no passado, diversas aquisições realizadas no país.
Na sua experiência profissional anterior, centrou-se no planeamento de estratégias para a estruturação de grupos económicos, no cumprimento de obrigações fiscais e parafiscais, auditoria fiscal e aconselhamento fiscal a empresas, com especial predominância em instituições de crédito, sociedades financeiras e empresas de seguros.
É licenciado em Direito pela Universidade Católica de Lisboa (UCL), com pós-graduações em Estudos Europeus, também pela UCL, e em Gestão e Fiscalidade, pelo Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais. Lecionou em cursos de pós-graduação do IDEFF – Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa e do PAFISC – Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Em 2023, foi agraciado com o prémio “Personalidade do Ano” pela AFFIPP e Jornal de Negócios, que lhe reconheceram uma carreira de serviços prestados à indústria da gestão de ativos.
Com mais de 20 anos de experiência na banca é Chief Investment Officer das empresas do Grupo Arrow Global em Portugal, sendo responsável pelo desenvolvimento de novo negócio das diferentes plataformas. Passou a maior parte da sua carreira entre Lisboa, Londres e Madrid na banca de investimento.
Começou a sua carreira no Banco Santander Negócios e trabalhou também para o Deutsche Bank e o Citigroup no departamento de Fixed Income. No seu último cargo na banca de investimento, foi Diretor-Geral da UBS para o mercado português e responsável por toda a atividade de Capital Markets durante os últimos 8 anos. Depois de voltar a Portugal, e antes de se juntar à Arrow Global Portugal, fundou a Raven Capital, uma boutique financeira, sediada em Lisboa.
É licenciado em Gestão pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Com mais de 20 anos de experiência profissional em ambientes multinacionais, entrou em 2018 na Whitestar para assumir o cargo de Reward & Performance Director. Em 2021, assume o cargo de Chief People Officer das empresas do Grupo Arrow Global em Portugal.
Anteriormente, exerceu cargos de Recursos Humanos em empresas como a L’Oréal, Novartis, Nokia Siemens e Vodafone.
É licenciada em Gestão de Empresas, pela Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto, tendo também frequentado o Bacharelato em Relações Humanas e Comunicação no Trabalho pelo Instituto Politécnico de Leiria.
Com cerca de 20 anos de experiência no setor Imobiliário, foi responsável pela Gestão de Ativos da Parque EXPO, empresa responsável pelo desenho e implementação do maior projeto integrado de regeneração urbana de Lisboa, hoje conhecido por Parque das Nações.
Colaborou durante 10 anos na CBRE Portugal, onde foi membro da Comissão Executiva e responsável pelo desenvolvimento do negócio de Development, tendo estado envolvido nos maiores negócios do setor imobiliário português da última década. Foi ainda Diretor de negócio imobiliário da Caixa Geral de Depósitos.
É bacharel em Comunicação e Jornalismo pelo Instituto Português de Estudos Superiores, tendo frequentado o Programa Avançado de Gestão para Executivos da Católica Lisbon Business & Economics e é certificado em Gestão de Projetos pelo Project Management Institute.
Juntou-se à Whitestar em 2005 e é atualmente o seu CEO e membro do ExCom Portugal.
Anteriormente, foi Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Operational Officer, e Chief Financial Officer da Whitestar e Auditor Sénior da Price Water House Coopers, tendo sido ainda professor universitário em duas instituições.
É Contabilista Certificado, com licenciatura em Gestão e Mestrado em Contabilidade.
Com mais de 20 anos de experiência na área da banca de investimento internacional, ingressou no Grupo Norfin em 2018 como Managing Director e Head of M&A and Investor Relations. Em 2023, assume o cargo de CEO da Restart Capital.
Anteriormente foi Head of M&A do Haitong Bank em Londres durante 6 anos, após 10 anos no BES Investimento como Head of M&A de Real Estate Investment Banking e posteriormente de Energy&Infrastructure.
É licenciado em Gestão pelo Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão.
Há mais de 30 anos ligado à indústria hoteleira, tem uma sólida experiência na gestão, operação, marketing e desenvolvimento em diversas tipologias de hotéis. Nos últimos 11 anos liderou reconhecidos grupos hoteleiros, como o Altis Hotels e DHM Discovery Hotel Management, tendo participado ativamente na definição de novos conceitos e no reposicionamento de unidades no mercado.
Em 2021 juntou-se ao Grupo Norfin para assumir a função de Hospitality Director. Mais tarde, na sequência do crescimento da área, assume a gestão hoteleira das unidades adquiridas, enquanto CEO de Hospitality da Arrow Global Portugal. É licenciado em Gestão Hoteleira, pela Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Porto, e possuí várias pós-graduações, entre as quais Marketing Digital, pelo Indeg/Iscte.

Tem uma pós-graduação em Gestão de Instituições Financeiras, um mestrado em Gestão de Empresas e um MBA pelo ISCTE Business School.

He has worked in FX, Derivatives, Leveraged Loans, High Yield Bonds and Portfolio Management in institutions such as Citibank Portugal, Banco Central Hispano, Banco Santander Consumer Portugal, Millennium BCP London Branch, Santander Consumer Multirent, where he was CEO for 6 years. He also worked in São Paulo, Brazil, for 3 years as Director of Leasing and Fleet Management Operations at Volkswagen Financial Services Brazil.
He has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and also attended the International Business Summer School in Switzerland.
With more than three decades of professional experience in consultancy, he joined AGPT’s Executive Committee in 2023, with direct responsibility for the Financial, Technological and Legal areas. Until joining AGPT, Miguel Leónidas Rocha was a partner in Deloitte’s Tax division, having advised on several acquisitions in the country in the past.
In his previous professional experience, he focused on planning strategies for the structuring of economic groups, compliance with tax and parafiscal obligations, tax auditing and tax advice to companies, with a particular focus on credit institutions, financial companies and insurance companies.
He has a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Lisbon (UCL) and postgraduate degrees in European Studies, also from UCL, and in Management and Taxation from the Institute of Higher Financial and Tax Studies. He has taught postgraduate courses at IDEFF – Lisbon Law School and PAFISC – Portuguese Catholic University.
In 2023, he was awarded the “Personality of the Year” prize by AFFIPP and Jornal de Negócios, which recognized his career of service to the asset management industry.
With more than 20 years’ experience in banking, he is Chief Investment Officer of the Arrow Global Group companies in Portugal, responsible for new business development for the different platforms. He has spent most of his career in investment banking between Lisbon, London and Madrid.
He began his career at Banco Santander Negócios and also worked for Deutsche Bank and Citigroup in the Fixed Income department. In his last position in investment banking, André was Managing Director of UBS for the Portuguese market and responsible for all Capital Markets activity for the last 8 years. After returning to Portugal, and before joining Arrow Global Portugal, he founded Raven Capital, a financial advisory firm based in Lisbon.

With around 20 years’ experience in the property sector, he was responsible for Asset Management at Parque EXPO, the company responsible for designing and implementing Lisbon’s largest integrated urban regeneration project, now known as Parque das Nações.
He worked for 10 years at CBRE Portugal, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and responsible for developing the Development business, having been involved in the biggest deals in the Portuguese property sector over the last decade. He was also director of the property business at Caixa Geral de Depósitos.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Journalism from the Portuguese Institute of Higher Studies, attended the Advanced Management Programme for Executives at Católica Lisbon Business & Economics and is certified in Project Management by the Project Management Institute.
He joined Whitestar in 2005 and is currently its CEO and a member of the ExCom Portugal.

He has been involved in the hotel industry for over 30 years and has solid experience in the management, operation, marketing and development of various types of hotels. In 2021 he joined the Norfin Group as Hospitality Director.
