Acquisition of the Norfin Group, made up of two of the largest real estate investment managers in Portugal: Norfin SGOIC – dedicated exclusively to the management of Collective Investment Undertakings, in the contractual form of Closed Real Estate Investment Funds and in the corporate form of Collective Investment Companies; and Norfin Serviços, dedicated to the management of real estate assets held by non-regulated vehicles.

Funds managed by Arrow Global conclude the acquisition of the main assets of the Dom Pedro Group. The assets include the three hotels in Vilamoura – Dom Pedro Portobelo, Dom Pedro Marina and Dom Pedro Vilamoura, along with 5 golf courses – Old Course, Pinhal, Laguna, Millenium and Victoria. The deal also includes Dom Pedro Lagos and two hotels in Madeira: Dom Pedro Machico and Dom Pedro Garajau. The acquisition process was fully managed by Norfin Serviços.
