Henrique Rodrigues da Silva, COO of Norfin SGOICSociedade Gestora da Vilamoura Lusotur, SIC, Imobiliária Fechada explains that “Together with the plan for the new Marina, as well as the integration and improvements to all of Vilamoura’s golf courses, with these two new projects we want to improve the experience of those who visit us and provide an even more complete lifestyle for those who stay. Our ambition also includes the creation of a new sports center, so that we can promote a more active and healthy lifestyle, and the expansion of our hotel offer, ensuring that nothing is left to chance and that Vilamoura becomes even more extraordinary.”
Nuno Banha, director of Vilamoura Properties, adds that “Terracota and Nobilus are two essential projects for Vilamoura’s continued growth. Joining Vilamoura Parque, Natura Village and The Nine, these two new projects complete our extensive and diverse portfolio, which responds to the different needs of those who see Vilamoura as an ideal destination for living, vacationing and investing.”
10 minutes from the center of Vilamoura, inspired by a modern style of architecture, the Terracota is located in a green area of pine forest, close to the beach and Vilamoura’s 5 golf courses. It was designed “so that its residents can enjoy the unique and special lifestyle that Vilamoura has to offer as a destination,” the statement said. The 87 residential units are types T2, T3 and T4, with areas between 78 and 157 square meters, with a garden and a communal area with a swimming pool surrounded by sand. Prices start at 420,000 euros (20% are already sold).
Construction of the Terracotta began at the beginning of May this year and is expected to last two years.
On the other hand, just 5 minutes from the center, the beach and the marina of Vilamoura, Nobilus will have 47 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The units will have areas between 107 and 202 square meters, and residents will be able to enjoy private and communal swimming pools and private parking. Prices start at 680,000 euros (sales begin this summer).
Sustainability is one of the main focuses of this project, whose construction uses cross-laminated timber (CLT), a more robust material compared to concrete, and an alternative with a lower carbon footprint.
Construction of the Nobilus began in April and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
