Arrow Global Portugal hosts Innovation Challenge for the third time
Details – Hospitality Sports, Leisure, Arrow Global Portugal’s new asset management platform, has just strengthened its management team with two new recruits.
John Neto Valente will support the platform in defining the management and development strategy for the assets under management and the search for new business. The new Chief Strategy Officer has a professional background in Real Estate, namely in private equity investment companies, having transacted more than €1.3Bn in different markets. Before joining Details, John Neto Valente was Head of Investments at RE Capital, having also worked at the Fosun Group, Westcore Europe, Explorer Investments and started his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
Vítor Farinha takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer of the management company, having more than 25 years of experience in different sectors: from auditing to finance, including consultancy, airlines, communications and real estate, in countries such as Brazil, Croatia, Italy, Serbia and Slovenia, as well as Portugal.

Although the platform has only just been born, we have been growing very quickly, supported by the assets acquired by funds managed by Arrow Global. We already have a significant weight in national Hospitality, Sports & Leisure, through the various assets we manage and our mission is to reposition these assets, bringing more quality, with an investment that by 2024 will amount to €40 million, with the entry of new assets to be managed in the medium term.”explain the manager’s co-CEOs, Francisco Moser and Nuno Sepúlveda, CEO of Hospitality and CEO of Sports & Leisure, respectively.

Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure currently manages 14 hotel units – ranging from Vilamoura to Carvoeiro, Albufeira and Lagos, managing brands such as Dom Pedro Hotels & Golf Collection in Vilamoura and Madeira, Estalagem da Cegonha, Palmares and Vale Pisão. The portfolio also includes nine golf courses – five in Vilamoura, one in Palmares, two in Aroeira and one in Vale Pisão.
