Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure has signed an agreement with Universidade Nova de Lisboa to become one of the institutional partners cooperating in the Leading Tourism & Hospitality postgraduate course. The postgraduate course lasts one year and is scheduled to start in October 2024. It stands out from the competition for its interdisciplinary nature, involving more than 25 professors from eight NOVA faculties and institutes, including an expert from the EUTOPIA network.
Francisco Moser, CEO of Hospitality at Details, says that “this is an excellent opportunity to deepen and elevate the training offer in the area of Tourism, and as pioneers in the sector, we couldn’t fail to associate ourselves with this project.”
The “Leading Tourism & Hospitality” postgraduate course aims to provide professionals in the sector with the necessary tools to boost Portugal’s prestige in tourism development and innovation and to help elevate the country as a tourist destination of excellence.
Created with input from the main players in the sector, this program focuses on development and innovation, preparing students to face the challenges and take advantage of emerging opportunities in the tourism and hospitality market, taking into account economic and social sustainability, new motivations, tourist niches and the impacts of digital innovation.
